We already work with a couple of large Corporations supplying and installing their signage throughout the UK. Please call the office to speak us about your enquiry who will be more than happy to assist you.
We will agree a date with you before hand for you to bring your vehicle in for works. We appreciate that company vehicles are an essential part of your business and so will endeavour to apply your livery within 12 hours of arrival. Weather conditions could affect this timeframe and so we may need to keep your vehicle longer than originally advised. If we require the vehicle for any longer we will of course update you as necessary.
Apart from our larger clients, we are only able to provide quotations and works for customers based in London and the surrounding counties.
We can post you small orders such as vinyl lettering and window graphics such as opening hours for an additional charge, but apart from this we are unfortunately unable to provide any delivery service.
As long as we are given 4-5 weeks’ notice of the installation date, there should be no reason why we cannot book you in for your preferred installation date. Our main priority here at NN Signs is to satisfy our customers’ needs and requirements.
Of course the lead time will depend on your order and the service we will be providing to you. If you have ordered a supply only item such as a banner or vinyl lettering/digital print we can have this ready for you within 2 – 3 days (dependent on current workload).
For an external Fascia Sign you should expect a lead time of approximately 3 weeks from order and design to day of installation. But lead times may vary depending on materials used, the complexity of your signage works and our current production schedule.
We will of course keep you updated whilst we are manufacturing your order.
Yes for supply only this is £480.00 + VAT.
With installation works, our minimum installation charge for London is £180.00 + VAT.
We accept the following payment methods;
– Card Payment by all Debit/Credit Cards ( Not AMEX)
– Bank Transfer
– Cash
Yes our Company policy on all orders is that before any works are carried out including supplying proofs, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount agreed at quotation stage. This ensures that we can provide each of our customers with the dedicated service they deserve.
The remaining balance is then paid on day of installation or supply.
Yes we can of course provide banners, vinyl lettering, graphics, A-boards, Menus and small internal signage as supply only. But with regards to large external and internal signage we do prefer to carry out the installation ourselves due to health and safety issues and the technical expertise required for installation.
If you have decided on your logo/artwork but do not possess the required high resolution vectorized files that we can work with, we can arrange for one of our designers to fix/recreate the artwork/logos for you for an additional design fee. This fee can be discussed on an individual basis as it will depend on the quantity of design time needed. For example to recreate a complex logo could require several hours of design time. You are always welcome to visit our design studio based in Barnet to sit with one of our designers who will guide you through the design process and explain the requirements.
We can only use high resolution vector PDF/EPS files. Before sending us any files please convert all text to outline so that our systems do not replace or change any fonts when we open your files. If you send us any files that need to be printed they need to be 300 DPI (definition of the print).
We are unable to use any images you have found from the internet as these are usually very low quality and any prints carried out using these will not be any good. There are sites that we know of where for a small fee you can purchase high quality images. We can discuss this further with you when you place your order.
Once you have agreed to use NN Signs for the service you require and have agreed to the quotation supplied and paid the 50% deposit required we will of course provide you with a proof of your order before any works are carried out. This will include confirmed sizes, design agreed/provided and materials to be used. We will need you to check these proofs extremely carefully as we are unable to be liable for any mistakes that occur once the proof has been sent through for manufacturing. We will not proceed with any works until you have emailed us with a go ahead.
We provide all customers who we can provide a service to a free no obligation bespoke quotation. Depending on the service you require we can either meet you on site and discuss your signage requirements with you. Alternatively if you require a speedy ballpark estimate then you can always send us an email with the necessary photos of the site/artwork relevant to the service you require and we will endeavour to respond to your query as quickly as possible.
We supply;
– All types of fascia signs – Internal Signage – Cafe Barriers – Window Graphics – Banners, Pavement Signs and Menus – Vehicle Graphics
(Unfortunately at the present time we are unable to provide a ‘vehicle wrapping’ service. We can only provide vinyl lettering or a digital print design and application).
